    Mrs. Cordie E. Moore, 87, of Somerset died March 16, 1979 at the
  home of her daughter, Mrs. Mary Nair of Somerset RD 6.
    She was born Oct. 12, 1891, in Black Township, daughter of the late
  Harrison and Mary (Ohler) Bittner.  She was preceded in death by
  husband, S.E. Moore in 1976; a sister, a brother, and two
  grandchildren.
    She is survived by the following children: Irvin W. Moore of
  Friedens RD 1; Mrs. Earl (Dorothy) King, Somerset RD 7; and Mrs. Mary
  E. Nair of Somerset RD 6.  She reared one granddaughter, Mrs. Evelyn
  Crise of Somerset; also 7 grandchildren and 2
  great-great-grandchildren.  She was a sister of Miss Etta Bittner of
  Somerset.
    She was a member of United Methodist Church, Rockwood.  
    Friends were received at the Wilbur D. Miller Funeral Home where
  services were held at First United Methodist Church, Somerset, with
  the Rev. Theodore Cole officiating.  Interment, Rockwood I.O.O.F.
  Cemetery.
