    Edward (Sned) Moore, 84, West Fairview St., Somerset, died Feb. 9,
  1977, in his residence.  Born March 11, 1892, in Phillipsburg, a son
  of Robert and Sarah (Schreck) Moore.  He was preceded in death by his
  parents, two sisters and one brother.  He was a retired civil engineer
  and a graduate of Mercersberg Academy and Penn State.  He was a
  veteran of World War I and a member of the U.S. Army World War I
  Veteran Barracks 3218.  He is survived by one brother-in-law, James
  Hugg, Somerset.  Friends will be received Sunday 7-9 p.m. in the
  Beezer Funeral Home, Phillipsburg where service will be conducted
  Monday at 1:30 p.m.  Rev. Carl Grey officiating.  Interment,
  Phillipsburg Cemetery.  Local arrangements in charge of Robert H.
  Halverson Funeral Home.
