  MOORE
  
    Eugene B. Moore, 72, of Frostburg, Md., formerly of Rockwood, died
  Sept. 28, 1999, at home.  Born Jan. 25, 1927, in Black Township, a
  son of Charles and Agnes (Phillippi) Moore.  Preceded in death by
  parents, brothers, John and Dale Moore, sisters, Martha, Hazelwood
  and Florence, and an infant brother.  Survived by brothers, Charles
  Jr. of Garrett, and Orrie of Rockwood, and sisters, Melda Knopsnyder
  of Somerset, Idella Thompson of Markleton, Cleda Taubin of
  Harrisonburg, Va., Esther Ohler of Berlin, and Delores Moore of
  Somerset.  He was a retired bookkeeper from Morton's Chevrolet,
  Frostburg.  U.S. Army veteran of WW II and a longtime volunteer at the
  Frostburg Blood Bank and Meals on Wheels.  Friends will be received
  2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday at Miller Funeral Home, Rockwood, where
  funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Friday, Pastor Gene Abel
  officiating.  Interment, Laurel Church Cemetery, Rockwood.
