  MOORE
  
    Irvin W. Moore, 85, of Siemon Lakeview Manor Estate, formerly of
  Friedens RD 1 passed away Dec. 4, 2000 at Select Specialty Hospital
  in Johnstown.  Born Jan. 5, 1915 in Black Township.  Son of the late
  S. E. and Cordie (Bittner) Moore.  Preceded in death by parents, wife
  Marie in 1994, sons Ralph and Paul Moore, grandson Irvin E. Moore, and
  sister Dorothy King.  Survived by children Clara Moore of Somerset;
  Cloyd, married to Chyleen Thompson, Moore of Lincoln Park, Mich.;
  Glenn, married to Deborath Selapack, Moore of Friedens; 12
  grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren, sisters, Mary Nair of
  Somerset; Ruby Ogline of Friedens; and Violet Bass of Indian Lake. 
  He attended the Acosta Church of God.  He was the owner/operator of
  the Moore Coal Mine in Acosta from 1943-1974 when he began Moore
  Trucking which he operated until 1980.  Friends will be received from
  7-9 p.m. Wednesday and 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday at Miller Funeral
  Home, Somerset.  A service will be held Friday at 1 p.m. at the
  Acosta Church of God where friends will be received one hour prior to
  the service, Pastor Glenn Gattenby officiating.  Interment, Bethany
  Church Cemetery.
