  James E. Moore, 49, Acosta, died Dec. 16, 1988, in Fair Oakes
  Hospital in Fairfax, Va.  Born Jan. 16, 1939, in Charleston, W. Va.,
  son of the late Hobert Moore and Evelyn Dangerfield Moore,
  Shrewsbury, W. Va.  Preceded in death by father and an infant son. 
  Survived by wife, Betty Joann Bailey and three daughters; Penne, wife
  of Delbert Coddington, Boswell, Brigette, wife of John Buxton,
  Hooversville, and Jamie, at home; three grandchildren; one sister,
  Linda Dolan, St. Petersburg, Fla., and a brother, Kenneth Moore,
  Witchers Creek, W. Va.  Veteran of U.S. Navy.  A construction worker
  in the Fairfax area.  Friends will be received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.
  Monday in Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home where service will be
  conducted Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. Rev. Charles McCollum officiating. 
  Interment, Jenner Crossroads Cemetery.
