  Joseph C. Moore, 77, of Middlecreek Road, Rockwood, passed away Jan.
  13, 2000 at Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh.  Born Jan. 5,
  1923, in Middlecreek Twp., son of Jesse and Barbara Ella
  (Henry-Geary) Moore.  Preceded in death by parents and brothers and
  sisters, Mabel (Moore) Walker, Harry Geary, William Geary and Martha
  (Geary) Gross.  Survived by wife of 48 years, Jane (Stahl) Moore, and
  children, Luella, married to Kevin McCormick, Jesse M. Moore, married
  to Amy Jo Rush, both of Middlecreek Twp., also grandchildren, Andrew
  and Amber McCormick, and Olivia, Owen and Isaac Moore, and sister,
  Mrs. Ralph (Betty) Hay, Middlecreek Twp.  Retired farmer and charter
  member of the New Centerville Fire Dept.  Member of St. Paul's
  (Barron's) Lutheran Church in Middlecreek Twp.  A member of Kingwood
  IOOF Lodge 1010.  Past member of the Rockwood Area School Board and
  St. Paul's Church Council.  Funeral service will be held 11 a.m.,
  Monday at Miller Funeral Home, Somerset, Pastor John Palko
  officiating.  Interment, Kingwood IOOF Cemetery.
