  MOORS
  
    On Sunday, May 18, 1997, Arthur G. Moors died at age 79 with
  dignity and in peace at his son Tom's home in Dexter, Mich.  He had
  become ill with leukemia in November.  With him at the time of his
  death was his beloved wife of 55 years, Hilda; sons, Tom and Jim;
  daughter-in-law, Barbara, and grandchildren, Jefferson and John.  He
  was buried with full military honors at Arlington National
  Cemetery.  Arthur was born and raised in Boswell and until the end of
  his life considered it his home.  He was the son of the late Margaret
  and Fred Moore of Boswell.  Arthur and his wife graduated from
  Boswell High School as part of the Class of 1936.  Retired from the
  Army, he was a longtime member of the American Legion Post in
  Boswell.  Mr. Moors and his wife were residents of Bloomfield Hills,
  Mich., at the time of his death.
