  MORELAND
  
  Patricia Foster Moreland, 69, of Somerset, died Dec. 1, 2003, at
  Somerset Hospital.  Born Sept. 8, 1934, in Somerset, she is the
  daughter of the late Thomas and Julia (Richter) Growden.  Also
  preceded in death by husbands, Wilbur Foster and Jack Moreland. 
  Survived by son, Alan Foster, married to the former Cindy Sparks of
  Harrisburg; two grandsons, McKinley Alan and Harrison Lee Foster, who
  were the joy of her later years.  Sister of Larry Growden of Fort
  Lauderdale, Fla., Joann O'Donnell of Tequesta, Fla., David Growden of
  Mount Holly Springs, Tom Growden of West Palm Beach, Fla. and Greg
  Growden of Carlisle.  She was a 1952 graduate of Somerset Township
  High School and a retired cashier in the gift shop for Host Marriott
  along the turnpike.  Friends received from 2 to 4 on Wednesday in the
  Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home where service will follow.  Interment
  Wills Cemetery will be private.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may
  be made to St. Francis-in-the-fields Episcopal Church, 2067 Husband
  Road, Somerset, Pa. 15501.
