  MORGAN
    
    Frank S. Morgan, 63, of Highland Heights, Ky., died Jan. 19, 1979,
  at St. Luke's Hospital, Fort Thomas, Ky.  Born March 26, 1915, in
  Juniata, Washington, a son of late Frank and Rose (Josten) Morgan. 
  Preceded in death by an infant son.  Survived by his widow, the
  former Mary Ellen Ealy; and a daughter, Ann of Houston, Texas.  He
  was employed as a construction superintendent.  Friends will be
  received after 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Richard E. Hauger Funeral Home
  where services will be conducted at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Paul P.
  Weber officiating.  Interment, Husband Cemetery.  Contributions may
  be made to the American Cancer Society.
