  JOSEPH L. MORGAN
    
    Joseph Lichty Morgan, 62, died Dec. 10, 1996, in Mechanicsville,
  Md., as a result of an automobile accident.
    Born April 27, 1934, in Meyersdale, he was the son of the late
  Joseph S. Morgan and Ruth Lichty Boyer.
    Mr. Morgan is survived by his wife, Lynne Radcliff Morgan, and the
  following children: Jeffery Joseph Morgan, Jay Ross Morgan, Jana Ruth
  Clark, Lynne Michelle Radcliff and Robert Anderson Radcliff.
    He is also survived by grandchildren: Jennifer, Melissa, Kelly and
  Jeffrey, Jr., Morgan; Jason, Jacqueline, Katie, Erin and Elizabeth
  Morgan; and Ricky and Matthew Clark.
    He is also survived by several aunts and uncles: David Lichty,
  Cumberland, Md.; and Paul Lichty, Mary Jo Shultz, Sara Jane Lichty
  and Patricia Werner, all of Salisbury.
    Services were held Saturday, Dec. 14, 1996, at Hughesville Baptist
  Church, Hughesville, Md.  Interment, Meadowridge Memorial Park,
  Elkridge, Md., with military honors.
