  MORGAN
  
  Robert Lee Morgan Sr., Rockwood, died March 15, 1984, in Somerset
  Community Hospital.  He was born July 15, 1917, in Rockwood, a son of
  the late Frank and Ada (Growall) Morgan.  Survived by his wife,
  Charlotte (Pritts) Morgan, Rockwood; two sons, Robert Lee Jr.,
  married to the former Karen Gerhard, Rockwood RD 1; and Jeffrey B.,
  married to the former Doris Jean Bergen, Brighton, Mich.; one
  brother, William Morgan, Rockwood; and two grandchildren, Rhonda Lee
  and Chad Robert Morgan, both of Rockwood RD 1.  His death terminates
  a marriage union of 41 years.  He was a life-long member of the
  Christ United Methodist Church of Rockwood; Somerset Lodge F and AM,
  No. 358; the Scottish Rite, Valley of Harrisburg; charter member of
  the Rockwood Fire Company, where he served as chief for 27 years; a
  retired employee of the DeVilbiss Company; a World War II veteran; a
  member of the VFW Post 554 of Somerset; the Rockwood American Legion
  Post 279 of Rockwood; the DVA Chapter 127 of Meyersdale.  Friends
  will be received in the William J. Wood Funeral Home, Rockwood, from
  7-9 p.m. Friday and from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Saturday and until 12:30
  p.m., Sunday, when the remains will be removed to Christ United
  Methodist Church for services at 2 p.m. with his pastor, the Rev.
  Donald Krestar officiating.  Interment to follow in the Rockwood
  I.O.O.F. Cemetery.  There will be no viewing at the church.
