Morin, 95, Somerset, died Aug. 27, 1988, in Somerset Community Hospital. Born May 15, 1893, in Norton, Vt., son of the late Frederick N. and Alice (Goulet) Morin. Preceded by wife, the former Marie Winifred O'Leary; son, Edwin A. Jr.; a great-grandson, Loren Bryant; a brother, Fred; and a sister, Doris Brackett. Survived by these children: Mrs. Alicia M. Davis, Covina, Calif.; Mrs. Lester (Clement) Bryant, Brentwood, Md.; Thomas S., Somerset; Robert J., Charlotte, N.C.; Mrs. Mattis (Claire) Pottiger, Camp Hill, Pa.; and William J., Vienna, Va.; also 21 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren. Brother of Mrs. Beatrice Doyle, Winston-Salem, N.C. Retired office manager for Penelec. U.S. Navy World War I veteran. Member of St. Peter's Catholic Church and American Legion Post 181. Past commander 24th District, American Legion. Friends received 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Monday at the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home, where parish wake service will be held at 8:30 p.m. Monday. Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at St. Peter's Catholic Church, Monsignor Samuel J. Tomaselli, celebrant. Interment, Husband Cemetery.
