  MOSGRAVE
  
  A. Merle Mosgrave, 80, 536 Ferndale Ave., Johnstown, died Oct. 6,
  1987, at Mercy Hospital Nursing Care Center.  Born July 23, 1907, in
  Somerset County, son of the late Elmer and Clara (Lape) Mosgrave. 
  Survived by widow, the former Ethel Dietz; and daughters: Barbara A.
  Mosgrave, Washington, D.C.; and Sandra J. Mosgrave, Wilson, N.C. 
  Member of Moxham Lutheran Church.  Retired employee of
  Merrill-Dawl.  Friends will be received 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the
  John Henderson Co. Funeral Home, 215 Central Ave., Johnstown. 
  Graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Christ-Casebeer
  Cemetery, followed by memorial service at 2 p.m. Thursday at the
  Moxham Lutheran Church, Johnstown, the Rev. Peter Naschke
  officiating.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made
  to the Moxham Lutheran Church.
