  CHARLES A. MOSHOLDER
  
    Charles A. Mosholder, 67, of Warren, Ohio, died Nov. 23, 1973. 
  Born in Meyersdale, June 22, 1906, he was a son of the late Mr. and
  Mrs. George E. Mosholder Sr.
    Surviving are his wife, the former Alice Diffy; and these children:
  Mrs. Dorothy DeLeo and Dennis Mosholder, Warren, Ohio; Thomas
  Mosholder and Mrs. Margaret Richards, New York; and Richard
  Mosholder, Cleveland, Ohio; also eight grandchildren and the
  following brothers and sisters: Mrs. Grace Gross and Mrs. Anna Moran,
  Cumberland, Md.; Mrs. Mildred Martz, Mrs. Nell Housel, Mrs. Margaret
  Beynon, Mrs. Mary Miller, Harold Mosholder and George E. Mosholder
  Jr. all of Meyersdale.
    Funeral service was held in Staton Funeral Home and interment in
  All Saints Cemetery, Warren, Ohio.
