  MOSHOLDER
  
  Elwood R. Mosholder, 81, of New Centerville, died Nov. 3, 1981, at
  the Somerset Community Hospital.  Born May 23, 1900, in
  Brothersvalley Township, son of the late Samuel and Mary (Rhoads)
  Mosholder.  Preceded in death by three brothers and two sisters. 
  Survived by his wife, the former Marie Marker; one son, Jack E.,
  Somerset RD 5; and one daughter, Mrs. Frank (Joann) Layman, of
  Chandler, Ariz.; and four grandchildren.  Member of Messiah Lutheran
  Church, New Centerville; well-known antique dealer.  Private family
  viewing.  Funeral srvices [sic] will be conducted Thursday at 1:30 p.m.
  at the Messiah Lutheran Church, New Centerville, with the Rev. Gregory
  Pile officiating.  Interment, Union Cemetery, New Centerville, under the
  direction of the Wilbur D. Miller Funeral Home.  In lieu of flowers, friends
  are requested to make a contribution to the Messiah Lutheran Church or to
  the Laurel Highlands Heart Fund.
