Mostoller, 73, of Friedens RD 2 died April. 29, 1993 at Somerset Hospital. Born June 17, 1919 in Quemahoning Township. Son of Reno and Martha (Eschrich) Mostoller. Preceded in death by parents; son, James; brothers; Herman, Dwight, Donald and Kenneth. Survived by his wife of 46 years, the former Hazel Shuck, and these children: Wayne, married to the former Linda Walker, Kearnyville, W.Va.; and Patty, married to Paul Martin, Johnstown. Nine grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and daughter-in-law, Cindy Newman, Friedens RD 2. Brother of Catherine Snyder, Friedens RD 2; Miriam Horner, York; Evelyn Kimble, Pulaski; Mary Lou Fullerton, Bridgeton, N.J.; and Clyde, Somerset Retired Quemahoning Township farmer and worked at Bethlehem Steel car shop for 26 years. World Ward II Army Air Force veteran. Member of Friedens Lutheran Church; Robert Hite Post 257; American Legion, Stoystown; VF W Post 554, Somerset; CBI Veterans of Somerset and Jenner Rod and Gun Club. Family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday at Deaner Funeral Home, Stoystown, where American Legion service will be held at 8 p.m. Saturday. Viewing at Friedens Lutheran Church from 2 p.m. until time of service at 3 p.m. Sunday, the Rev. James R. Ling officiating. Interment, Friedens Lutheran Cemetery.
