  MOSTOLLER
  
    Leonard Barndt "Doc" Mostoller, 71, of Friedens, formerly of
  Bedford, died Aug. 22, 2001 at Somerset Hospital.  Born Feb. 2, 1930
  in Stonycreek Township, Somerset County.   Son of Earl McKinley and
  Cora Elizabeth (Barndt) Mostoller.  Preceded in death by parents;
  three brothers, Harold, Ernest and Bruce Mostoller; and a sister,
  Gladys Mostoller.  Survived by wife of 51  years, the former Gladys
  Marie Bowman; daughter, Mrs. Terry D. (Donna Jean) Miller, Stoystown;
  grandchildren: Ms. Tiffany Rice, Frostburg, Md.; Amanda and Brandon
  Combs, Cumberland, Md.; Sara and Bryan Combs and Aaron and Garrett
  Miller, all of Stoystown; and a sister, Mrs. Dorothy Mae Pyle,
  Somerset.  He was the retired owner/operator of Mostoller Refuse
  Service and Landfill of Friedens.  Veteran of U.S. Air Force.  Member
  of Mostoller United Methodist Church.  Friends will be received 2  to
  4  and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home where
  service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday with Rev. William J.
  Blair officiating. Interment, Mostoller United Methodist Church
  Cemetery.  Contributions may be made to Mostoller United Methodist
  Church, 549 Pompey Hill Road, Stoystown, Pa., 15563.
