   Ira Ernest Moumgis, 79, Somerset, died March 7, 2007, at his residence. Born March 8,
  1927, in Bronx, N.Y., the son of Ernest and Mabel (Platt) Moumgis. Preceded in death by
  parents; wife, the former Mary Ann Burkey, who died Dec. 22, 1999; and brother, Basil
  Moumgis. Survived by mother-in-law, Helen Bowman, Somerset. A 1946 graduate of Bronx
  N.Y. High School and a 1951 graduate of Delaware Valley College in dairy husbandry.
  Worked as the county supervisor for the Farmers Home Administration for the USDA until
  his retirement. No viewing, visitation, or services. Interment Hershey Mennonite Burial
  Ground. Arrangements by the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home, Somerset.
