  GLADYS MOWRY
  
    Gladys Mowry, 58, of Fairhope RD 1, died Feb. 22, 1979.  She was
  born March 1, 1920 in Somerset Township, daughter of Kathryn Meyers
  Koontz of Somerset RD 5 and the late Harvey Koontz.
    She is survived by her husband, Donald and these children: Harvey
  W. of Sunbury; Mrs. J. (Nancy) Appleyard, Somerset; Donald L.,
  Somerset RD 5; Sgt. David W., Germany; Gary R. Garrett RD 1; Mrs.
  John (Debbie) Nichols, Confluence RD 1; 13 grandchildren and 3 great
  grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Clarene (Jean) Hathaway of Somerset.  
    She was preceded in death by three sisters.
    She was a member of Somerset Church of God. 
    Friends were received in the Richard E. Hauger Funeral Home where
  services were conducted with the Rev. Dennis Buchanan.  Interment,
  St. John's Cemetery.
