  GRACE A. MOWRY
  
    Grace Anna Mowry, 91, of Arbutus Park Manor, Johnstown, formerly of
  Somerset, died at Arbutus Park Manor Nov. 19, 1983.
    She was born April 12, 1892 in Stonycreek Township, daughter of the
  late Jefferson and Emma (Weigle) Landis.
    She was preceded in death by her husband, William C.; two daughters
  and three brothers. 
    She is survived by these children:  Mrs. Walter (Margaret) Morris,
  Somerset RD 5; Mrs. Pauline Nicholson, Lake Havasu City, Ariz.;
  Donald of Fairhope RD 1; Mrs. Alice Kooser, William, and Mrs. Jean
  Sandusky, all of Somerset, 18 grandchildren; 48 great grandchildren;
  two great-great grandchildren.  She was a sister of Mrs. Harry (Ruth)
  Smith, Shanksville; John of Berlin; Mrs. Merle Long  and Leroy,
  Friedens RD 2; Everett of Lambertsville.  She was a member of Grace
  United Methodist Church; Forbes Road Chapter DAR; and the Rebekah
  Lodge No.217.
    Friends were received at the Richard E. Hauger Funeral Home where
  services were conducted with the Rev. H. Wayne Beam officiating.
  Interment, St. John's Cemetery.
