  MURPHY
  
    Bernard J. Murphy, 74, of St. Petersburg Beach, FL, died Monday,
  November 3, 1986, at Bay Pines VA Medical Center.
    He was born in Grantstown, WV.  He relocated in FL in 1940 from
  Meyersdale.
    He is survived by his wife Louise, a daughter, Sarah Bolden, of St.
  Mary, Pa.; a brother, William Murphy, of Akron, Ohio; five sisters,
  Mary Swindell, of Barberton, Ohio; Eleanor Raymond, of Pontiac,
  Mich.; Regina Kirchner, of Meyersdale; Marguerite Pugh of Jenners;
  Rosann Walker, of Confluence, also five grandchildren and seven
  great-grandchildren.
    He was a retired auto-body shop owner and was a WW II veteran of
  the U.S. Eighth Air Force; was a member of the Eighth Air Force
  Historical Society, 379th Bomb Group Assn.; locally, he was a member
  of M.O.P.H. John F. Kennedy Post Holiday Isles Chapter No. 13 DAV; a
  member of St. John's Catholic Church, St. Petersburg Beach.
    Beach Memorial Chapel Funeral Home, Corey Ave., St. Petersburg
  Beach, FL, was in charge of funeral arrangements.
