Murray, 64, of Cash Valley Road, Md., died suddenly July 28, 1982 while visiting his wife's sister in Anamosa, Iowa. He was born in Larimer Township, (Somerset County,) and was a son of the late R. Frank Murray and Laura Belle (Fair) Murray. An Army veteran of World War II, he was a retired plumber. He was a member of Local 489, Plumbers and Pipefitters Union; Park Place United Methodist Church, and Henry Hart Post 1411, Veterans of Foreign Wars. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Dorothy (Guseman) Murray; one daughter, Mrs. Barbara Jewell, LaVale, Md.; one son, Donald W. Murray, Cash Valley Road; two brothers Bruce Murray and Homer Murray, both of Corriganville, Md.; seven sisters, Mrs. Mildred Burley and Mrs. Naomi Brock, both of Meyersdale; Mrs. Alma Grey, Paradise, Calif.; Mrs. Alice Lane, Willingboro, N.J.; Mrs. Flossie Andrews and Mrs. Elsie Wilson, both of Cumberland, Md. and Mrs. Verna Forrest, Somerset; and three grandchildren.
