  James H. Musser, 61, of Tucson, Ariz., died April 19, 1981, in
  Tucson.  Born Sept. 20, 1919, in Somerset, son of the late H. Everett
  Musser and Florence (Dull) Musser.  Survived by his wife, Lois (Dosch)
  Musser of Tucson; one brother, William D. Musser, Monroeville; and
  three sisters: Mrs. Eldon (Doris) Spahly, Baltimore, Md.; Mrs. Clyde
  (Jane) Frederickson, Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio; and Mrs. Joseph (Ann)
  Shoben, Pasadena, Calif.  Memorial service to be held Tuesday at 7
  a.m. in Tucson.  In lieu of flowers, friends may make donations to
  the Police Athletic League for Disabled Children, Tucson, Ariz.
