  MARY JANE "JANIE" (PHILLIPS) MYERS
  
  Mary Jane "Janie" (Phillips) Myers, 79, Mississippi Street, Boswell,
  died July 21, 2004, at home.  Born Aug. 25, 1924, in DeQuincy, La.,
  daughter of Chris and Lillian Mae (Gillis) Phillips.  Preceded in
  death by parents; loving husband, John E. Sr., March 29, 1961; infant
  son, Chris; great-grandson, Travis Holiday; son-in-law, Clark R. Fish
  Sr. and 10 sisters and brothers.  Survived by these children: Billie
  Jo, married to Allen "Whigs" Holsopple, Sanford, N.C., Paula J.
  "Sue," married to Richard Yokum, Poolsville, Md., Connie L. Fish and
  companion David McTonic, Jerome, Nan J. "Nancy," married to Leo W.
  Sleasman, Englewood, Fla., John E. Myers Jr., married to Cathy
  Yaconi, Clermont, Fla. and Mark A. Myers, married to Cheri Supanick,
  Gray; 15 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren and very special
  friend of 50 years, Helen McKelvey.  Retired employee of former
  Dorfman & Hoffman Garment Factory.  Member of Boswell Area Historical
  Society and past member of Boswell Lodge 1780, Sons of Italy.  Friends
  received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday at Hoffman Funeral Home,
  Main Street, Boswell, where service will be held at 1 p.m. Sunday.  The
  Rev. Dr. Joseph M. Beer officiating.  Interment, Jenner Crossroads
  Cemetery.
