  RUTH E. MYERS
  
    Ruth E. Myers, 81, formerly of Allegany Street, Ellerslie, Md.,
  died Sunday, Aug. 23, 1987, at the Allegany County Nursing Home,
  Cumberland, Md.
    Born at Morgantown, W. Va. on May 28, 1906, she was a daughter of
  the late Worth and Ella V. (Newman) Myers.  She was preceded in death
  by her husband, Carl C. Myers, on Oct. 19, 1986.
    She was a member of the Ellerslie United Methodist Church,
  Ellerslie Volunteer Firefighters Auxiliary and Hyndman Senior
  Citizens Club.
    Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Ella Grace See, Hyndman RD 1; one
  sister, Mrs. Edna Lowrey, Ellerslie, Md.; four grandchildren, four
  great-grandchildren and numerous nephews and nieces.
    Friends were received at the Harvey H. Zeigler Funeral Home,
  Hyndman. 
    Services were conducted Tuesday at 11 a.m. at the Ellerslie United
  Methodist Church by the Rev. Dennie E. Dorsch.  Interment, Aurora, W.
  Va. cemetery.
