    Harry R. "Bob" Nair, 66, Stoystown, died Dec. 17, 2007, at his residence. Born June 25,
  1941, in Somerset, the son of the late Herbert S. and Helen Mae (Merkel) Nair Sr. Also
  preceded in death by brothers, George, Henry and Herbert S. Nair Jr.; and an infant twin
  sister. Survived by his wife of 45 years, Donna L. (Conn) Nair; children, Rhonda Nair,
  Schellsburg; and George Nair and wife, Tammy, Stoystown; grandchildren, Teri and Caleb
  Kromer, Schellsburg; Erin Pickren, Shad and Clayton Nair, Stoystown; and twin
  granddaughters, soon to arrive. Brother-in-law of Lois and Fumie Nari, both of Somerset;
  and his little TV companion, Buttons. Harry "Pap" will be missed by everyone he knew and
  he had a heart of gold. Member of St. Peter's Catholic Church, Stoystown American Legion
  257, New Baltimore Sportsman Club and a life member of VFW Post 554. Formerly worked for
  Shaffer Rock Bit and was owner and operator of Bob's Bits Sales. He was a Korean War
  veteran and an avid North Star High School football fan and a graduate of Somerset High
  School class of 1959. Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday in the Robert
  H. Halverson Funeral Home, Somerset, where a service will be held 11:30 a.m. Friday.
  Monsignor Samuel J. Tomaselli  celebrant. Committal in Husband Cemetery with military
  service by the Somerset County Honor  Guard. Contributions may be made  to the American
