  Lena Alverta Nair, 89, of Somerset RD 3, died March 15, 1983, in Somerset
  Community Hospital.  Born March 13, 1894, in Lincoln Township, a daughter of
  the late Eli and Louise (Christner) Baker.  Also preceded in death by her
  husband,  Harry B.  Survived by these children:  Fred of Mercersburg; Joe of
  Rockville, Md.;  Mrs. Kenneth (Louise) Rininger, Stoystown RD 3; 11
  grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.  Member of the Casebeer Lutheran
  Church.  Friends received at Richard E. Hauger Funeral Home Wednesday and 2-4
  and 7-9 p.m. Thursday, where services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday, the
  Rev. George Walton.  Interment, Casebeer Cemetery.
