Naugle, 51, of 301 East Campus Ave., Davidsville, died March 26, 1979, in Memorial Hospital, Johnstown. Born May 11, 1927, in Johnstown, son of Harry A. and Kathryn (Haggans) Naugle. Preceded in death by mother; sister, Majorie McKinney. Survived by father, Harry A.; and step-mother, Alice Naugle of Camp JHill; wife, the former W. Jean Mishler; and these children: Pamela Jean, wife of John Rullo of Hollsopple; Bonnie Jean and Kimberly Jean, both at home; one granddaughter, Christa Jean. Brother of: Patricia L. Benson, Mt. Jewett, Pa.; Donna L. Goble, Cleveland, Ohio; Janice F. Harris, Pittsburgh; Wayne L., Davidsville. He was a lifelong member of St. David's Lutheran Church, where he had been a past member of the church council. Veteran of World War II, serving with the Marine Corps. He was a charter member of the Conemaugh Township Rotary and past treasurer. Member of Jerome American Legion, Professional Insurance Agents and he was an officer and part owner of Naugle Insurance Agency Inc. Family receiving friends from 7-9 p.m. Tuesday, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Wednesday, George E. Mason Funeral Home, Davidsville, where brief services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday.
