Nedrow, 63, 402 Fourth St., Colver, formerly of Melcroft, died Oct. 23, 1985, at home. He was born Feb. 8, 1922, in Melcroft, son of late William H. and Jenny Grace (Miller) Nedrow. He was preceded in death by one sister and two brothers. He is survived by widow, former Geraldine Keefer; and these children: James, Colver; Joan, at home; John, stationed with Navy in Virginia; Joyce, at home; and Jeff, stationed with Army in Oklahoma; also grandson, Joseph. Brother of Catherine Whithey, Boswell; Armette Whithey, Jennersville; Carrie Gary, New Stanton; and Donald, Rockwood. He was a member of Colver Presbyterian Church; retired shuttle car operator for Eastern Gas and Fuel Co., Colver, with 27 years' service; Army veteran of World War II. He was a member of Vintondale Post 5211, VFW, and Local 860, UMWA. Friends were received at John W. Askew Funeral Home, Ebensburg. Services were held at 2 p.m. Friday at Normalville United Methodist Church, the Revs. Evelyn Stillwagon and Jack Marsh. Interment with full military honors at Normalville Cemetery.
