She was born March 15, 1922 in Somerset, the daughter of Charles A. Sr. and Mary Welsh. She was preceded in death by her parents and sisters, Eleanor McGeehan and Mary Lyons. She is survived by her husband, Frank R. Neiderhiser, Ligonier; brother Charles A. Welsh Jr., Metuchen, N.J.; sister Margaret Lutz, Brick, Metuchen, N.J.; a cousin Richard Welsh, Downington, Pa. and numerous nieces and nephews. She was a graduate of Somerset High School and was a long time employee of Latrobe Steel Company. She and her husband were avid horse enthusiasts and were frequent participants in the annual Ligonier Days parade and festivities. Private services were held on Tuesday, May 6, in Ligonier.
