    Josephine M. Neil, 79, of South Park Township, Pittsburgh, died Tuesday,
  Feb. 28, 1995.  Beloved wife of the late Howard F. Neil. Loving mother of
  John Neil of Rockwood; Helen Neil of Hyattsville, Md., and Linda Lee Gardner
  of Washington.  Sister of Genevieve Lehew of Monessen.  Grandmother of Shelley
  Watters, John Neil II, Michael Neil, Bethany Dougherty, Megan Gardner and
  Natalie Gardner.  Great-grandmother of Drake and Addi Watters.  Friends
  received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the Griffith Mortuary Inc.,
  5636 Brownsville Road, South Park Township.  Funeral service at 9:30 a.m.
  Friday with Mass of Christian Burial in Nativity Church at 10 a.m.  If
  desired, family requests donations to Nativity Church or St. Clair Hospital
