Frank Neilan, died Dec. 19, 1974. She was born Dec. 12, 1887, in Pittsburgh, a daughter of the late James and Mary Ann (Cready) McLaughlin. Survived by nine children: Miss Mary A., Phoenix, Ariz.; Francis G., James H. and Ruth W. of Somerset; Mrs. Eileen Byrne of Murraysville; Mrs. Gertrude Titcomb of Port Chester, N.Y.; Mrs. Patricia O'Brien of Washington, Pa.; Mrs. Nancy Speicher of Rockwood; and John B. of Johnstown; 36 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Ruth Leary, Somerset. Member of the Somerset County Artists' Association, Somerset Garden Club, Sarasota (Fla.) Women's Fishing Club, St. Peter's Altar Society and a member of St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church, Somerset. Friends received at her homestead, the Wilbur D. Miller Funeral Home, after 2 p.m. Friday, where Rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. Friday. Funeral mass at noon Saturday, St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church, the Rev. Samuel Tomaselli officiating. Her grandsons will serve as pallbearers. Interment, Somerset County Memorial Park. Friends may make a contribution to the Children's Aid Society or a favorite children's charity. (Aggie loved flowers but she loved children above all.) Somerset American, December 20, 1974
