  NEILAN
  
    Francis G. Neilan, 73, 538 Tayman Ave., Somerset, died June 10, 1986, at
  Somerset Community Hospital.  Born Aug. 3, 1912, in Cambria, Wy., he was a son
  of the late James F. and Agnes (McLaughlin) Neilan. Preceded in death by a
  brother, James A., and a sister, Mary. Survived by his wife, Elizabeth L.,
  and these children, Mrs. David (Betsy) Sullivan, Seminary, Miss.; Mary
  Margaret, Minneapolis, Minn.; David L., Cambridge Springs; and two
  grandchildren, Sylvia and Patrick Sullivan.  Brother of Ruth Neilan, Somerset;
  Mrs. Frank (Eileen) Byrne, Bowling Green, Ky.; Mrs. Stanley (Gertrude)
  Titcomb, Port Chester, N.Y.; Mrs. John (Patsy) O'Brien, Washington; Mrs.
  George (Nancy) Spelcher, Rockwood; and John B., Madison, Wis. A former
  president of Neilan Engineers Inc., he was a member of St. Peter's Roman
  Catholic Church, Somerset, where a Requiem Mass will be held Friday June 13
  at 10 a.m.  Interment, Somerset County Memorial Park.  In lieu of flowers,
  contributions may be made to the computer fund of St. Peter's Parochial
  School, Somerset.
