Mrs. Neimiller was walking along the Garrett-Rockwood road, about 6:50 on the evening of February 12th, when hit by an automobile driven by Hiram Walker of Meyersdale, R.D. The injured woman was removed to the office of a Rockwood physician in Walker's car, for first aid treatment, after which she was taken to the Community Hospital in an ambulance. Mrs. Neimiller's injuries were listed as compound fracture of the left elbow and right leg, bruises and lacerations of both legs and possible internal injuries. State motor police who investigated at the time of the accident said no prosecution would be made against Walker. At the death of Mrs. Neimiller last Friday, Coroner F. E. Sass of Boswell, was called to make an investigation as to the cause of her death. He said an inquest will be held sometime this week.
