EDNA SWARTZ NESLEY

  Mrs. Edna (Swartz) Nesley, 59, formerly of Meyersdale, died Thursday night, 
March 2, at her home in York.  Her husband, R. R. Nesley, passed away several 
years ago.  Surviving are two sons, Raymond, Baltimore, and Carleton, a member 
of the Army stationed in England, a brother, Walter Swartz, and a sister, Mrs. 
Helen Hardman, both of York.
  Funeral services were conducted Saturday afternoon in York.  The body was then 
brought to the Price Funeral Home in Meyersdale where additional funeral 
services were conducted at 2:30 o'clock Sunday afternoon by Rev. R. M. 
Dunkelberger, D.D., pastor of the Zion Lutheran Church, followed by interment in 
Union Cemetery.
  Mr. and Mrs. Nesley and sons were highly esteemed residents of Meyersdale for 
many years.
