  WILLIAM E. NEUBISER
  
  William E. Neubiser, 56, of Fort Myers, Fl., died May 13, 1987, at his home.
  
  Born October 18, 1920, in Wellersburg, he was the son of the late Louis
  D. and Dorothy (Schaffer) Neubiser.
  
  He was retired from Sears.  He was an Army veteran of World War II and a
  life member of the VFW in Fort Myers.
  
  Surviving are his widow, Margaret (Carter) Neubiser; one sister, Mrs.
  Margaret Pratt, Cumberland, Md.; and a number of nieces and nephews.
  
  Graveside services will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. in Wellersburg
  Lutheran and Reformed Church Cemetery by the Rev. Robert Hopkins.
  
  The Scarpelli Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
