  JOSEPH A. NEWLAND
 
  Joseph A. Newland, Berlin RD 3, died June 4, 1972, in Windber Division,
  Memorial Hospital.  Born in July 1893, in New Baltimore, he was a son of
  George and Elizabeth (Beltz) Newland. He was preceded in death by his
  parents.
    
  Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Mary Regina Hornick, Johnstown, and Miss
  Sienna Newland, Cleveland, Ohio.
    
  Mass of Resurrection was held Tuesday morning in St. Benedict's Catholic
  Church, Johnstown.  Interment in Grandview Cemetery.
