Nibert, 82, West Church Street, Somerset, died Dec. 4, 1986, in Somerset Community Hospital. Born June 8, 1904, in Rayne Township, Indiana County, son of the late George M. and Olive (Jacoby) Nibert. Preceded in death by one son, Charles; one infant son; one brother; two sisters; and one grandson, William Halverson. Survived by his wife, the former Marie Campbell, and these children: Harold B., Friedens RD 1; Helen M., married to Jack Hauger, Somerset RD 7; and Olive Mae Halverson, Somerset RD 5; nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren. Brother of: Mayme Ruffner, Indiana; and Max Nibert, Indiana RD 3. Member of St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church. Retired superintendent of Cambria Fuel Company with 27 years service. Life-time member of Somerset County and Federated Association of Sportsmen. Member F.O.E, 1801, Somerset. Friends will be received after 7 p.m. Saturday and 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Sunday in the Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home, where wake service will be conducted at 8:30 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial Monday at 1 p.m. in St. Peter's Church, Somerset, with the Rev. Samuel Tomaselli officiating.
