His death was attributed to gastric poisoning. Mr. Nicholson was employed by the B. & O. Railroad Co., at the time of his death. He was chief clerk in the baggage Department. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Annie Forney Nicholson; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Simon Nicholson, of Berlin, and the following brothers and sisters: William S., of Johnstown; I. Ross, Tuscon, Ariz.; Frank, Albany, N.Y.; Clarence, Friedens; Herbert, Johnstown; Elwin, Somerset; and Mrs. Thelma Berkebile, Thomasdale. Meyersdale Republican, November 19, 1931
