Nicholson, 90, Warren, Ohio, formerly of Somerset, passed on Aug. 20, 2004, at home. Born Dec. 29, 1913, in Windber, the daughter of Frank and Stella (Jaskowska) Bush. Preceded in death by her parents, husband Earl Nicholson in 1956, son Earl Nicholson Jr., brothers Chester, Telford, Edward, and Robert Bush, and sisters Bertha Gindlesperger, Helen Chambers, Jean Hersh, and Martha Whipkey. Survived by her daughter JoAnn Brunstetter, Warren; two grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild and her sister Stella McGraw, Pittsburgh. She worked at a World War II hospital supply company in Johnstown where she made hospital beds and furniture. She then was employed by Best Form Foundations for seven years and later for the Red Coach Inn in Monroeville. She also worked at Trumbull Memorial Hospital in Ohio in the dietary department for nine years. She enjoyed canning fruits and vegetables and was a great baker, avid reader and accomplished seamstress. She was a member of the Christ Episcopal Church in Warren. Friends may call from 10:30 a.m. until time of service at 11:30 a.m. Monday at Miller Funeral Home, Somerset. The Rev. Father Robert Winter officiating. Interment Somerset County Memorial Park.
