  RILLA MAE NICHOLSON
  
  Rilla Mae Nicholson, 79, Meyersdale RD 3, died August 28, 1982, at her home.
  She was born March 8, 1903 in Meyersdale RD 1, a daughter of the late
  William and Annie (Shockey) Nicholson.  She is survived by one niece, Mrs.
  Ruth L. Chaffee, Colorado; two nephews Paul W. Lohr and Wade Lohr, both of
  Cleveland, Ohio.  She was the operator of Nicholson's Store at Vim.  She
  was a member of Amity United Church of Christ and was formerly a teacher in
  Sunday School.  She was a correspondent for "The Republic," under the column
  Vim Vignettes.
  Private funeral services were held Wednesday at the St. Paul Cemetery.  M.
  Ray Leckemby Funeral Home, Meyersdale was in charge of the arrangements. 
  In lieu of flowers, make contributions to the United Church of Christ
  Memorial fund.
