    Mary Nicklow, 56, Rockwood, passed on Jan. 3, 2006. Born Sept. 15, 1949, in Johnstown,
  she is the daughter of the late James L. Hemming and Janet (Young) Hemming of Somerset.
  She is preceded in death by her father. Survived by her mother, husband Melvin Nicklow,
  Rockwood; children, Michael Nicklow, Rockwood; Michele Johnson, Somerset; and Melvin
  Nicklow Jr., Indian Head; grandchildren, Nicole Johnson and Kayla, Jessica, Marissa,
  Michael Ann, Melvin III, Jonathon and Chloe Nicklow; and great-grandson Brady Nicklow.
  She is also survived by brothers, Dennis and Harry Hemming, and sisters, Nancy Romesburg
  and Judy Sleasman. Friends may call from 11 a.m. until time of service at 2 p.m. Friday
  at Miller Funeral Home, Somerset. Private interment at Highland Cemetery, Garrett. In
  lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent to the family c/o the funeral home.
