    Melvin E. Nicklow, 66, Rockwood, passed on July 11, 2006 at Somerset Hospital. Born
  Nov. 29, 1939 in Garrett, he is the son of the late George and Margaret (Garlitz)
  Nicklow. He is pre-ceded in death by his parents, wife Mary in January of 2006, and
  brothers Robert and Scott Nicklow. He is survived by his children; Michael Nicklow,
  Rockwood; Michele Johnson, Somerset; and Melvin Nicklow, Indian Head; grandchildren Kayla
  Nicklow, Nicole Johnson, and Jessica, Marissa, Michael Ann, Melvin III, Jonathon, and
  Chloe Nicklow; great-grandson Brady; sisters Hazel Boyle, Vineland; N.J., Betty Hay,
  Linthicum, Md.; Ruth Hay, Somerset; and Charlotte Watson, Garrett; and brother, George
  Nicklow, Thomas Hill. Friends will be received from 11 a.m. until the time of service at
  2 p.m. Friday at Miller Funeral Home, Somerset. The Rev. Kenneth Davis officiating.
  Interment at Highland Cemetery, Garrett.
