Preceded in death by his mother, maternal grandparents George and Helen Johnson and a paternal grandfather Eugene Niehenke Sr. Survived by son, Jesse J. Niehenke, Shanksville; daughter Katlin Montgomery, of Gray; his father, Eugene A. Niehenke Jr., married to Jacqueline R. Niehenke of Somerset; fiance, Jennifer I. Alwine of Somerset; grandmother Geraldine R. Niehenke, of Somerset; three sisters, Melissa, married to Michael Ross of Friedens, Carly A. Hackenberg, Somerset, and Gillian R. Hackenberg, Harrisburg; and close friends, Jay and Kathy Kennedy of Shanksville. He attended Laurel Hill Gospel Tabernacle. He was an assembler at Sunrise Medical in Somerset. Family will receive friends from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday at Deaner Funeral Home, Stoystown, with services immediately following at 8:30 p.m. Rev. Gary Anderson officiating.
