  NIEHENKE
  
  Leroy J. Niehenke, 71, of Freedom, Pa., died Nov. 24, 1986.  Born in Gray, Pa., 
  March 15, 1915, son of the late William and Cora (Zimmerman) Niehenke. He had 
  been a resident of Friedens for the past eight years, was employed as a 
  millwright in the J&L Division of LTD Steel in Aliquippa for 27 years, and 
  retired in 1976.  A member of the Conway C&M Church and Local Union 1211.  
  Survived by his wife, Blanche (Hay) Niehenke; two sons, Delbert of Baden and 
  James at home; one daughter, Mrs. Charles (Sally) Kanouff of Baden; seven 
  grandchildren; two brothers, John of Youngwood, Pa., and Eugene of Ebensburg, 
  Pa.  Friends will be received at the William J. Wood Funeral Home, Francis 
  Brady, Supervisor, Rockwood, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Friday, where a service will be 
  conducted at 11 a.m. on Saturday, with his pastor, the Rev. Bradley R. Sickler, 
  officiating.  Interment, I.O.O.F. Cemetery, Rockwood.
