Niehenke, 66, of Baden RD 1 (Beaver County) died Wednesday, March 21, 1973, in his home. Born in Garrett, Oct. 28, 1906, he was a son of the late William M. and Cora (Zimmerman) Niehenke. He was a member of the Cranberry Baptist Church and a retired plant guard for the American Bridge Company in Ambridge. Surviving are his wife, the former Florence Lohr; a son, William R. Niehenke, Ambridge; a daughter, Mrs. Dolores Pritts, Mars; five grandchildren; and five brothers, John of New Stanton; Aaron, Somerset; Eugene, Indiana, Pa.; Ralph, Ambridge; and Leroy of Baden. Funeral service was held Saturday afternoon March 24, in Cranberry Baptist Church. Interment in Pleasant Hill Church Cemetery. Meyersdale Republican, April 5, 1973 [N0288]
