  JOSEPH A. NIEMIEC

  Joseph A. Niemiec, 54, of Elizabethtown, Ky., died March 15, 1995, at
  Hardin Memorial Hospital in Elizabethtown.  Born in Acosta, Pa.  Army
  veteran of the Korean War.  Mechanic with Volkswagen of Radcliff.  Preceded
  in death by parents, John and Leona Blair Niemiec;  daughter, Felica, and
  brothers, John and Frank.  Survived by wife, Christine Burton Niemiec; 
  daughters, Sandy Harned and Karen Hilton;  grandson Chad Hilton, and
  granddaughter, Kayla Harned of Kentucky.  Six sisters:  Mikey Shaulis,
  Betty Bertolini of Boswell, Barb Walker, Debbie Snyder of Somerset,
  Toni Mayak of Acosta;  Mary Giureino of Cleveland, Ohio;  brother, Rick
  of Sipesville, and sister-in-law, Shirley Niemiec.  Memorial service was
  held March 18 at Manakee Funeral Home in Elizabethtown, Ky.  Burial in
  Elizabethtown Memorial Gardens.
