OWEN F. NOLTE

  Owen F. Nolte, 75, Canton, Ohio, died Monday, January 26, in Aultman Hospital 
following a brief illness.
  Born in Coal Run, he had been a resident of Canton for the last 40 years.  He 
was a retired employee of Republic Steel Corporation, retiring in 1970 after 30 
years of service.
  He was a member of the Dueber United Methodist Church and the Wesleyan Bible 
Class.
  He is survived by his wife, Mary E. (O'Brien) Nolte, a former resident of 
Swanton, Md.; a daughter, Mrs. Roland (Mary Jane) Dugan, Westerville, Ohio; 
three sons, O. Eugene Nolte, Jensen Beach, Florida; Ronald Nolte, Canton; and 
Rev. James Nolte, Norwalk, Ohio; 11 grandchildren; one great grandchild; and two 
sisters, Mrs. Mary Howell, Canton; and Mrs. Edna Platter, Meyersdale.
  Funeral services were held in the Reed Funeral Home with Rev. William A. 
Amerson officiating.  Interment followed in Sunset Hills Burial Park.
