    Edith M. Null, 99, of Berlin, formerly of Champion, died Dec. 12, 1993, at 
  Maple Mountain Manor, Berlin.  Born May 6, 1894, in Piedmont, W. Va. Preceded in 
  death by three husbands - Blair Smith, Ira Naugle and John Null; also preceded 
  by son, Merle; daughter, Violet Smith Stayrook, and 2 grandchildren and 4 great-
  grandchildren.  Also preceded in death by parents, Ephrian and Anna Margaret 
  (Hughes) Bowman.  Survived by these children: Mrs. Ronald (Emma) Graham, 
  Conemaugh; Herlin Smith, Stoystown; Robert Naugle, Hollsopple; Floyd Naugle, 
  Champion; Alvin Naugle, Jennerstown; also 36 grandchildren, 76 great-
  grandchildren and 23 great-great-grandchildren.  Member of St. Thomas Lutheran 
  Church.  Friends received from 4 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Edward Blackburn Funeral 
  Home, Pleasantville, where service  will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Rev. 
  Kermit Jones. Interment, Mount Union Cemetery, Lovely.
