Null, a resident of Addison Borough, died at his home in Addison at 1 p.m., Thursday, October 15, after an illness of about a year from heart trouble. He was born in Somerfield, Jan. 26, 1858, being aged 73 years, 8 months and 19 days at the time of his death. He went west in 1880 and lived there about 17 years. On Dec. 21, 1895, he was married to Miss Bertha Nuss, of Rockford, Ill. In December 1897, he returned to Addison with his wife and lived here until his death. He was a member of the Lutheran Church and an honorable member of the Woman's Missionary Society and of the Willing Workers and was sexton of the Lutheran Church. He is survived by his wife, one brother, Thomas E. Null, and one uncle, Peter Null, all of Addison. Funeral services were conducted at his home by his pastor, Rev. George O. Ritter. Interment was made in the Addison Cemetery by Funeral Director H. H. Rodehaver & Son, of Somerfield, on Saturday at 2:30 p.m. There were many beautiful floral tributes.
